Arrival Time & Late Policy
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to check in and settle comfortably.
- Appointments begin and end at their scheduled time.
- A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be accommodated when possible.
- Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to respect the schedules of other guests.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened services or forfeited appointments.
No-Show Policy
- Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
- Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or result in refusal of service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We kindly request:
- 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling (adjust this to your preference).
- Cancellations made outside this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may be treated as a no-show.
Children at Appointments
For the comfort and safety of all guests:
- Children are not permitted at appointments unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
- Please make childcare arrangements prior to your visit.
- Appointments may be rescheduled if this policy is not followed.
Phone Use & Recording
- We ask that phone use be kept respectful and minimal during services.
- Loud phone calls, video calls, or extended conversations may disrupt the experience for others.
- Recording or photographing staff or other clients without consent is not permitted.
- The salon reserves the right to stop recording at any time.
Deposits & Payment
- Certain services, including events, weddings, and esthetic services, may require a non-refundable deposit.
- Accepted payment methods include cash and credit card. Speak to your stylist to see if other options are available
- Deposits are applied toward your final service total unless otherwise stated.
Personal Belongings
While we do our best to maintain a safe environment:
- The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Health & Illness Policy
- The health and safety of our clients and staff is a priority.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.
- Services may be refused if a client appears visibly unwell.
- This policy helps protect everyone in our salon community.
Pets
- For safety and sanitation reasons, pets are not permitted in the salon unless they are registered service animals.
